Reversed Matcha Shiratama
Matcha Shiratama is the generic term for japanese dessert which normally consist of a scoop of green tea (matcha) ice cream, served on a bed of red bean paste and rice balls (shiratama). Well, just for the variation, why not we make it reversed? A scoop of red bean (Azuki) ice cream, served on bed of green tea paste with rice balls garnishing?
